National Workplace Investigations (NWI) conducts investigations into workplace misconduct. This includes codes of conduct breaches, thefts, assaults, fraud, conflicts of interest and breaches of contract and fiduciary duties.
National Workplace Investigations is a dedicated team of investigators that are well versed in assessing, triaging, undertaking, managing or reviewing workplace related investigations, including reportable conduct, reportable incidents, bullying, harassment, sexual assault, child abuse, fraud, corruption and a range of other investigation requirements.
National Workplace Investigations has also been engaged to conduct highly confidential investigations and/or reviews of investigations relating to senior members of the clergy and public officials. It is also an approved provider for various Local, State and Federal government panels.
Child Safe Specialists Australia is a dedicated and specialised team of child investigation practitioners. The business has recently been established as a result of the work Nemesis has been doing for various religious orders and schools regarding triaging, investigating and managing reportable conduct investigations. Capitalising on a wealth of experience in conducting child related investigations, Child Safe Specialists Australia was established to provide services designed to assess organisations against the relevant Child Safe Standards as a result of the Royal Commission into Child Abuse.
Child Safe Specialists have developed an outcome focused audit-based assessment for organisations so that a complete review against one or all standards is achieved. Importantly, Child Safe Specialists Australia has developed practical solutions for organisations relating to how they can ensure compliance. We are not just identifying what is not compliant, but we provide cost effective and practical advice regarding how to fix it.
